A friend bought this game in a retail store a very long while ago (2013, 2014) and during that time i made an account where i used the code but as of now i have no idea what happened to it and i can't find it or access it. I tried to use the code on my new account but it said it has already been used so now my question is if it's possible to get a new code or some way to get the game on my current account. If needed i can show evidence that i have the game with images.
