Banned For No Reason

I recently got Need For Speed: Most Wanted , and few days later i started the game and this message came up "This account was banned.        If u think that you are banned by error please contact "Customer Service". This is my favourite game and i swear i would never even try hacking the game or scaming Origin...I just got in the game and boom...banned..please an Staff or something help me. (This is a new profile because i just started using origin), i would get the game on a new account but that will delete my progress and all my cars.
