How to conect to Autolog of play multitplayer???

I create account in Origin (power by EA). I play the game, I click on start menu, then I click on multiplayer. There write ''To access you must be connected to Autolog''. I click on OK and then write ''you must singed into Ea servers (origin) to play multiplayer or purchase airport or unlock a car". I click OK and them write LOGIN ERROR, CONECTION FAILED.
