Recently had this game associated with another account

I recently had this game associated with a different account, I basically had switched my Xbox 360 gamer tag from one origin account to another, and now my speed points rose from 1 million to 20 million, and keeps rising every time I log in, and also freezes every couple of seconds unless i go into multiplayer, then if I do that, it goes back to its original number. I would like to have my speed levels from my ps vita on my Xbox 360, but more importantly I want to atleast be able to play this game again on Xbox 360. Thanks.
