Suddenly, the game progress is lost

I was using cloud save for Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012. I finished all the races and I've spent a lot of time doing things. I bought a new (old) gpu, a GeForce 8800GT to test how the game runs on this GPU, but when I entered the game, it said "Loading cloud save" and gave me the intro movie with all progress erased. I put back the GPU I was using but still all the progres I done was erased. But I still have 1.8M bounty and I'm first on the Most Wanted list though the game started from beginning. It might be a server fail? I want my progress back...
